The New Member of the Year Award recognizes a a member who is a rising leader in CREW Upstate and in the commercial real estate industry.
The CREW Catalyst Award recognizes a commercial real estate professional who consistently exemplifies CREW Network’s commitment to advancing women, serving as a catalyst for change in their company and throughout the industry. This award is presented to a professional whose actions had a significant impact on one or more women in the industry to help pursue and succeed in new opportunities.

The Distinguished Leader Award recognizes a commercial real estate professional who is a proven producer, connector, manager, or trailblazer. This individual demonstrates star quality in their field via transaction volume, groundbreaking deal size, or other industry achievement. The award honors the professional who exhibits excellence, resourcefulness, collaboration, and industry best practices. Special consideration will be given to individuals whose achievements have contributed to the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry.
The Spirit of CREW Award recognizes a member who has made a significant impact on our organization and membership. This member who exemplifies the power and spirit of CREW Network and demonstrates a commitment through volunteering, engagement, and participation.
The Woman to Watch Award honors a commercial real estate professional who has achieved a unique career success or milestone as the result of taking a risk. This person is often ambitious and is willing to step outside the box to create something new or different. They provide services, develop products, or improve practices by organizing, developing, or deploying available resources in an innovative way, either within their own company or a larger organization. Special consideration will be given to individuals whose achievements have contributed to the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry. This person is someone to watch!

Real estate projects can transform the built environment and have the power to transform and revitalize a community, often beyond the boundaries of the project. The Development Impact Awards honor recent projects that have had a significant and measurable positive impact on the Upstate community.
The CREW Collaboration Award recognizes a team where a project/deal of significance engaged and involved multiple CREW Upstate members. This deal is worthy of note for the degree of networking, collaboration and engagement of fellow members as well as its industry impact.
