The Distinguished Leader Award recognizes a commercial real estate professional who is a proven producer, connector, manager, or trailblazer. This individual demonstrates star quality in their field via transaction volume, groundbreaking deal size, or other industry achievement. The award honors the professional who exhibits excellence, resourcefulness, collaboration, and industry best practices. Special consideration will be given to individuals whose achievements have contributed to the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry.

Submission Requirements Include:

Achievement occurred (closed) during the last year.
Achievement must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, collaboration, and industry best practices in execution.
