1. How did being president of CREW Upstate impact you?
I have always felt compelled to lead. Brokerage is a business which defines success on production. Being president of CREW allowed me to embrace my need for professional development while learning how to lead by empowering others to succeed.

2. What was one major achievement/accomplishment that occurred during your presidential year?
I transitioned our board from a working model to a strategic model. This shift in focus is CREW Network’s platform and basis for successful chapters. If we are to sustain as an organization and continue to grow and develop, a thoughtful and strategic board is key. It’s about bringing value to members and future members.

3. How would you like to see CREW Upstate evolve in the next 5-10 years?
I would like to see it continue to develop as a hub for business networking and transactions.

4. If you were to sum up your CREW Upstate presidential year in one word, what would it be?

5. Where are you now?
CREW gave me the inspiration and courage to take the leap in to the commission-only world of brokerage and it is the best decision I have ever made (other than marrying my husband ?).
